Natalia Simonova
Korean
Hello! My name is Natalia, and I’m a Korean language educator, translator, and content creator originally from Russia and currently based in South Korea.
I’ve been teaching Korean for several years, combining cultural insights with real-life communication skills.
I hold a TOPIK Level 6 certificate (Test of Proficiency in Korean), and I am currently a third-year student at Sahmyook University, majoring in Korean-English translation and interpretation. Over the years, I’ve worked as an interpreter at numerous events, including international conferences, cultural exchanges, business meetings, and performances. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong real-time interpretation, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
In addition to standard language instruction, I also teach basic Korean sign language upon request. My lessons focus on building confidence and helping learners break the language barrier — many of my students start speaking basic Korean within just one month of study.
I have a diverse skill set that includes linguistics, translation, content production, public speaking, and digital storytelling. I’m passionate about helping people around the world connect through language, and I regularly share educational and cultural content online to support and motivate fellow learners.
I look forward to seeing you in class. Have a great day!^^
